Every individual is different, what works for one may not work for another, that’s why I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to fitness. Your online training program and nutrition plan are created for you specifically, this means you’ll get better results, faster than you’ve ever experienced before

 

 

Questionnaire 

After sign up you will receive a comprhensve questionnaire that will give me an understanding of your goals and preferences.

Training Plan 

I will create your custom training program that will include cardio recommendations, planned rest days and and a workout tracker, all designed to suit you. I will monitor your progress weekly, looking at strength and form improvements.

Meal/Macro Plan

I will create an easy to follow meal plan customised to your calorie needs and lifestyle. It is important that you to get the most out of your nutrition, therefore it needs to include the foods you enjoy with as little restriction as possible. We will follow a flexible dieting approach to assure there is no boredom day to day.

Exercise Library

Every client will receive access to a full 150+ video exercise library that you can use to refresh yourself of any exercises or technique.

 

24/7 Email Support

 You will have complete access to myself via email whenever you like, any time of any day. There is no limit to contact with me and I will always respond within a maximum of 8 hours.

 

Weekly Check-In

Once a week we will do a full check in and review of your progress. This will be done via photos, measurements, food diary and weigh ins to ensure we keep you progressing each week.

 

REAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Jason took the plunge into us working together after a 2 year hiatus with the gym. With him having a pretty good idea of training already, Jason was keen to get to work and start a new chapter of his training.

Jason had never worked with a trainer in the past, however, he was very comfortable with putting his trust into me taking care of his training and nutrition. 

I wanted to figure out how Jason responded to a specific calorie intake to begin with, this way we could set out a baseline and plan out his mass gain phase correctly.

We cut back on all cardio due to his physically demanding job, increased his calorie intake through better choices of food and watched him progress week in, week out and achieving his best physique to date, all at the age of 44.

When I started working with Mike, I saw it as a perfect opportunity to improve his physique to something way beyond what he imagined in the given time frame. He reminded me a lot of myself when I first got into fitness with a similar build and a burning struggle to build muscle.

Taking a look through Mike’s previous 12 months of training, it was clear that he had been using the same typical 4 day split routine he had been using since the beginning, he wasn’t tracking his workouts and the diet he was consuming meant he was always tired, hungry and irritable.

We decided the best plan of action was to overhaul his training split and increase the frequency of his training. We began to track workouts and had him eating a specific macro nutrient intake each day.

12 weeks of dedicated training later, Mike had felt that he had improved significantly. Not only did he look better, he felt better and also reported that both men and women had started to treat him differently.
